Sweet September For Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver 
 As LIFE IS A STORY Debuts on Billboard Bluegrass Chart

Nashville, TN (September 6, 2017) - Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver are enjoying the early days of a sweet September as their newest album, LIFE IS A STORY, sweeps onto the charts and continues to garner praise from tastemakers and fans alike.  The disc debuts on the BILLBOARD Bluegrass Album Chart at #6 and soars to #8 on the Roots Music Report Chart.  The first single release from the project, "Life To My Days," is also in a race up the charts, landing at #3 on the Roots Music Report Chart and rocketing to #9 on the Bluegrass Today Chart.  Fans can purchase the new music HERE now, and radio can access "Life To My Days" via AirPlay Direct.
 
Music and ticket sales are jumping and glowing reviews continue to pour in.  It's an exciting time for the seven-time International Bluegrass Music Association Award Vocal Group of the Year winners, and Lawson is thrilled with the reception LIFE IS A STORY has received.   "I'd be lying if I said it wasn't gratifying," admits Doyle.  "We play music that we love and to know it is appreciated is truly a blessing."
